How We Got Started
Tracey Fields has built a fulfilling career with the opportunities provided to her through Premier Automotive and its Founder, Troy Duhon. Currently, as one of the Corporate Officers for Premier and grateful to be part of its growth since its inception, she felt drawn to help open doors and offer successful moments to others as well. In 2021, Tracey launched Premier Women in Leadership to drive female talent and develop her colleagues’ opportunity among all departments of the dealerships
While spearheading recruitment & retention of women within Premier Automotive, she has been invited to speak on several live panel discussions regarding women in the automotive industry and will continue to utilize her voice as a connection to help fellow colleagues succeed.
Premier Automotive was established in New Orleans, Louisiana with the purchase of a single Toyota dealership in 1995 by its Founder, Troy Duhon. It has since grown to exceed 38 locations around the country including Victory Automotive & Freedom Automotive within it’s family of dealerships. We aim to invest in & retain our employees long term.
Premier’s Corporate Office and original Giving Hope Non-Profit location are based out of New Orleans. Profit for a purpose is what our dealerships work under by giving back to the communities through volunteering, operating food pantries or donating profits from the dealerships to various causes. We hope our employees are proud to be a part of Premier Automotive and what it stands for.
Giving Hope Foundation , a global impact non-profit dedicated to changing lives through love. Our mission is simple: to give glory to God and to promote human dignity. Through the tireless efforts of our staff, volunteers, and corporate partners, we feed, clothe, house, and provide fellowship to those in need, in our community and around the world.
Giving Hope extends to other areas around the country as well with Giving Hope Kansas City and Giving Hope Southwest Virginia
